Powerful winds and waves hinder search for Argentine submarine
BUENOS AIRES (Reuters) - Whipping winds and 20-foot waves in the South Atlantic continued to hinder a frantic search for an Argentine submarine with 44 crew members on board, the navy said on Saturday, as authorities readied a mission to comb the sea floor for signs of the missing vessel.
