Syrian army encircles last IS stronghold in Syria: al-Manar
BEIRUT (Reuters) - Syria's army and its allies have surrounded and started to enter Albu Kamal, Islamic State's last significant stronghold in Syria, the pro-Hezbollah al-Manar television reported on Wednesday.
