U.N. to vote on Syria inquiry renewal, Russia opposed: diplomats
UNITED NATIONS (Reuters) - The United Nations Security Council is due to vote on Friday on a Japanese-drafted resolution to renew for one month an international inquiry into chemical weapons attacks in Syria, but diplomats said Russia opposed the measure.
